Dec 04,2020Really disappointed with this. They look fab online and I personalised my case just how I wanted it but what arrived was a different font. Unfortunately you cant see the font or picture when you actually pay, and there's nothing in the order confirmation that states the font chosen etc - so they told me it was my mistake and that was it. The recent reply is an indication of how I’ve been spoken to throughout the process. I fully understand how the order tool works, I am not stupid.
