Oct 07,2024it's impossible to log into a Ondal account or try to pay into their bank account. communication about support is incredibly bad. you can tell them to email you everything 10 times and they'll call you anyway 10 times and you repeat it to them 10 times and again." why can't I log into my account?" "why does my bank report that your bank account is risky for sending money?" even after 2 weeks I haven't been able to log into my account and pay ONDAL a single penny. it's just not possible. I'm happy to return it and I don't want to hear from them ever again. They just promise, but they don't do anything

Oct 05,2024Ondal gave my 18 year old granddaughter a £250 loan, she was able to obtain this because her credit score was good, and she told them she was in receipt of a £6000 monthly pension, when in reality she is unemployed, and has no money and no way of paying it back, I did actually contact them and say what 18 Yr old has a pension, I'm going to report them for not carrying out proper income checks , if they had there would be no way they would of give it to her, , you can see how people end up in thousands of debt.
