Aug 15,2023Had an accident when moving by breaking my ankle, all other creditors set up a temporary £10 a month repayment for 3 months, Ondal refused. Customer service agents are very obnoxious. Risk losing the place where I live if my partner finds out about all my debt, so set up a mailbox, all other creditors happily updated to the correspondence address, Banks, Credit Cards, Loans, Mobile Phones, everyone expect Ondal. Reporting to the FCA and FOS later. Worryingly awful when you need assistance
