May 14,2022Mathew has sorted out my life insurance! Due to some medical reasons I basically wasn’t eligible for many life insurance companies and I gave up to be honest. However I decided to give a last go and sent enquiries to one life. After being contacted by lovely Mathew I’m feeling over the moon now. He got me life insurance and it’s big stone fell off my shoulders I feel my family more secured now when inevitable happens. Thank you very much!

May 13,2022I rarely give reviews but Josi was an absolute delight to talk to friendly informative explaining clearly without at any point being pushy.i felt like I had know her for ages and was just talking to a friend . Took the time to get to know me and although I imagine was following a script it never felt like a sales pitch an absolute professional the 5 stars are for Josi first and then one life I was very impressed by the lvl of customer care that I was given I 100% would recommend. I look forward to speaking to Josi again in the future

Apr 09,2022This is a review for One Life Group which I am overly impressed with as a company but more to the point a review for Protection Consutant Josi Mcguire who dealt with me as a new customer. After a lengthy but very informative and constructive phone call with Josi I decided to go ahead with taking out the policy for life insurance. Josi was an ultra professional, very informative and clear with all the information that we needed to discuss. No one really likes having to have those long phone calls with insurance companies answering all sorts of questions, but Josi's personality, customer service, listening and question answering skills were absolutely top class. I felt very comfortable and happy to go ahead with taking out the policy. Definitely a 5 star rating for One Life Group and if I could give 6 stars for Josi Mcguire I would. With out a doubt I would recommend to family friends and colleagues. Thank you Josi and One Life Group for all your help.
