Feb 05,2021We recently had an en-suite replaced by Ashley and we are really delighted with the job he has done. He was extremely professional, guided us through lots of options on finish/style to match our budget which was really helpful. He is extremely hard working, fantastic attention to detail, tidy and great time keeping. We can’t recommend Ash more highly and he is already doing work for a family member, we will definitely use him again when we need more work completed. Great to find a genuine hard working guy who does and excellent job. Thanks Ashley for a fantastic job.

I would also highly recommend him, he is diligent, very professional and always asks for your opinion on each part of the project before moving forward. Keep some choccy bars handy... he has a sweet tooth... 😁

Mar 03,2020New Bathroom installed , has done an amazing job with a very awkward space, on top of that we asked him to install actual marble tiles which are notoriously difficult .We are delighted with end result and would recommend to anyone needing a caring competent tradesman

Nov 15,2019New bathroom installation, boarded, tiled, new lights and extractor fan. Can't fault the work, finished to a high standard, minimal disruption and regular communication during the installation. The after install customer care has been amazing, weve had a few issues arrise due to the house itself and some of the older pipework but one step have been amazing in their support going above and beyond to help us with these issues.

Aug 07,2019Couldn't be happier with the work Ashley has done. He redid our entire bathroom - Took out a wall, tiled, lights, new radiator - The works. It's like having your own project manager, anything that would arise he would take care of and it was stress free for myself. He also helped with some ideas for the design which helped the work feel even more polished. Would recommend One Step Installations and would definitely use again.

They are very friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Everything from the initial design to the final finish was to the highest standard. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Sep 13,2018I would recommend Onestep. We had a complete bathroom rebuild. They helped with advice on layout/design and where to source what we were after. As the old was stripped out a few unforeseeable problems were revealed but Onestep kept us informed and the options available for resolving them. This was reassuring throughout the job. The finished bathroom is lovely.

May 03,2018Would highly recommend Onestep Installations who were allocated to carry out our bathroom renovation by B&Q. After having to strip our bathroom back to bare brick we now have an amazing bathroom. Attention to detail and how hard Ashley and Nick worked cannot be faulted and they certainly achieved our vision and more. Will be contacting them direct should we require any work in the future. Very polite, hard working, friendly and skilled in all aspects of renovation work.... Look no further!

Feb 20,2018We previously had a bathroom installed to horrific standards so called onestep off a recommendation from friends. They sorted out the issues (which were vast!) and got our bathroom finished off looking brilliant bang on time. They kept us up to date and well informed of any changes giving us options what to do to get the best outcome. The guys cleaned up the place nicely being very respectful of our home with a good helping of wit, humour and a smile. Well recommended and would defintely use again. Cheers Ash and Nick!

Dec 24,2017Ashley and nick fitted a new bathroom and shower cubicle for us in our 103 year old house which unfortunately has its issues due to the previous owner being an absolutel bodger. However, the lads go the extra mile to get the job done and overcame many obstacles whilst working here. Ashley was honest from the start at the consultation and provides a quote on the spot due to his saviness and some clever software he has. He was the first person to be offered the job because of this. Both Ashley and nick’s work ethic was impeccable, they were punctual and certainly put the graft in. They were great fun while they were here too. So happy with the final result, especially after many tradesmen never got back to us and some would have given up with the problems they faced!
