Nov 04,2021Frankly ... fantastic service, but without pushing or prying or any sense of trying .. just helpful, very friendly, cool and totally in tune with what I needed. And as for the the postage... got here in the blink of an eye! I would have been happy with another day or two rather than think anyone was stressing to get the stuff out... but nonetheless, it was literally astounding. (((O)_(O)))

Nov 01,2021Paul is asset to the company, I explained I had a project to complete and ran out of material ,I sent email middle of evening or midnight hoping , Paul straight away answered and said will chx in morning and let me know as promised he checked and arranged all delivery, my project was completed and it was successful all thanks to Paul 🥰🥰🥰

They helped us throughout the ordering process discussing lengths ect, and after ordering they promptly let us know when they realised they didn't have the correct length of our required fabric. They liaised with us and replaced the fabric with a very similar (slightly nicer and more expensive!) fabric for the inconvenience AND did next day delivery. Really lovely communication and the fabric was gorgeous. We are so happy!
