Always there to smooth out and deal with the enquires we had, in fact helped us more than our estate agents who we sold with. I would highly recommend them and especially Bill to anyone. Nov 07,2019From start to finish a 1st class service. I had not heard of an 'sales co-ordinator' before (sorry if I have that wrong Sarah)! Scott did the initial pricing and pictures and the property was up on the websites the next day. Sarah, was assigned to help the process go smoothly, which she did, nothing was too small, she chased viewings right through to finally getting the sale complete - a truly competent person, with excellent inter-personal skills, I would highly recommend Online Estate Agents and the team and will definitely be using them again - THANK YOU

She made the whole process very smooth by keeping me in the loop and proactively managing all the issues. I can say without Sarah my house deal probably would have been very very painful and would have taken much longer time. Oct 18,2019This sale has been my first experience of using an on line estate agency. Bill did the photographs and the house description was quickly placed on the internet and the for sale board in place. Bill handled the viewings and the property was sold really quickly. Both he and Sarah kept us informed at every stage of the house sale. By using emails to keep me informed everything was sorted really quickly. Sarah did everything that she said she would and was very efficient and cheerful throughout the sale. So we would highly recommend both Bill and Sarah in any property sale.Many thanks to you both.

Oct 17,2019Having just dealt with an emotional property sale following a bereavement, we found Bill Reid extremely approachable during the arrangement of the sale. He is very knowledgeable, and is always contactable, no matter what day or time, which is unheard of in this industry. Following the sale being agreed, we dealt with Sarah Davies for all the post sale queries/questions. Again, we found Sarah to be polite, professional and we received excellent communication from her keeping us updated through to completion. We would highly recommend Online Estate Agents for the service that we received, and the reasonable charges we paid, unlike a lot of other estate agents. We would have no hesitation in using them again.
