Jul 26,2022Sent me an invalid code for Boost Mobile Moto G Pure so I'm working with them to hopefully find a solution. They responded quickly to my emails. My yahoo mail app was putting their replies into the spam folder which cannot be accessed through the app. I will update this review if a proper unlock code can be found.

Jul 25,2022I am a skeptic using tech sites like this. There is a genuine security risk giving out the imei number of any cellular device. After having contacted the provider of the device and being denied any support simunlock was the next logical step. With that being said, I decided to patronize this site. I was very pleased. Took a few hours to get the code. That worked out better for me. I had a very busy sunday. Mind you I still placed security lock on the imei number of the phone, because art imitates life, this day and age.

Jun 24,2022Again I decided to give a negative review. I was told by this company my phone couldn’t work with unlock codes but requires an unlocking software. Owner promised to send the software that weekend. I followed up with him everyday for 4 weeks straight he stopped responding to my messages. Bad communication and very unprofessional.

May 16,2022Good unlock service. Waited over a week to get the unlock code but still very happy to get my Nokia G20 unlocked, had tried other unlock sites but they were unable to unlock it, so don't mind a longer wait to get less than half the price to unlock by Telstra.

Apr 04,2022Had abit of an issue with the phone itself after putting the nuc code in. Got in contact and had to pay for an additional code (MCK) but was reasonably priced and they helped every step of the way. I would recommend but make sure you know what codes you need before hand.

Before i discovered SimUnlock.com I had bought codes from 2 different unlock services and neither codes worked. SimUnlock.com was cheaper and there code was actually legitimate now my Samsung Galaxy s21 is fully unlocked

Mar 03,2022Good service. Gor my phone unlocked. It took about 36 hours. If you don't get the code after 12 hours, contact support. They are very helpful. One other positive thing is that the money are not withdrawn from your account until the code is received.

Mar 28,2020PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!..They will " hook you in"..By advertising £19 plus VAT (£23) .This price is a " pre-booking" price that they put in their small print......They will then attempt to charge you an extra £40 for the actual unlock !!..........Please don,t get caught as I did.. ( I lost £19).. Refusing to pay the extra £40...PLEASE STAY AWAY from these guys and save your hard earned cash .. GOOD LUCK FOLKS !!!

Jun 17,2019Shame I have to give 1 star. Totally disgusted at the deceptive way they sell the unlock. Impression is 14.99 is the price. Turned out to be 60. Very very disappointed. Wish I’d spotted it before they tried to sting me further.

Jun 18,2023I was sceptical yet hopeful that SimUnlock could help me. Have a Boost phone, locked, unable to use Mint Mobile sim card. About 7 hours later, on a weekend night, I received the email with a 8 digit code. IT Worked!! Very grateful to you guys, you relieved all my aggravation. Thanks so much.
