Well I'm trying to do my mate website and they parked his domain so couldn't use it, after a long debacle he got that sorted a day later, then I thought good here we go so I started editing going in and out doing photoshop, they blocked my ip address, next day I'm in again and loading an image and suddenly it won't load saying its too busy or can't now i'm thinking are they finacially restraint as a business with all these strictions been put in place? Its a valid point or maybe their system just can't handle the number of users . I done my sons website on 1st Domains and never had the issues like this place

I paid a new SSL. 24h after paying and after contacting support team SSL still not delivered... Explicitly asked support to escalate the ticket to have this finally done. Still no reaction, SSL not yet delivered. Such service might have been acceptable some years ago, today - absolutely not the case. Will be moving all our domains, hosting and SSL coverage to another provider due to such experience.

Sep 17,2024I had recently changed my DNS servers and was having email issued because of that. Joana was very quick to analyse the issue and gave step by step instructions to resolve it on the 3rd party DNS server and even stayed on chat till the issue was resolved. Extremely accountable and technically strong - deserves a 5 star any day!!
