Jul 05,2024We have been a customer for 4 years. Started off as the wind in our sales with great prices and service then turned into a smelly fart. They increased prices 90% and farmed out service to FOB Third World slave labor immigrants stealing Kiwi and Aussie jobs - I am a Kiwi living is Aus. SHAME ON YOU ONLYDOMAINS! Service has gone down the toilet - Phoned them 6 times earlier this year and got auto hangup after exactly 10 mins. When I have spoken this year I can hardly understand their accents, not English and they have a presence of incompetence. I suspect they will go bust soon and do not trust them with over 100 domains we had with them. A stressful experience which cost us a lot of time and money. Please don't trust this company. Try Cloudflare for .com and Quantum Core for .com.au
