Apr 26,2024I renewed a domain that I do not need in error. I asked for this to be refunded 3 days ago and I have been completely ignored. I have 0 contact from them. When contacting them via the chat, they just say they cannot do anything and to contact via email, then they do not respond to the email. They also closed a chat mid-conversation. Shocking support, do not trust.

Apr 22,2024If you miss to renew your domain on time, they charge you: 1) for the domain name purchase; 2) domain renewal fee (?!?) 3) late renewal fee (!!!???!!!). So a domain that would have cost you 10 dollars works out 37 in the end! This is an absolute robbery!
