Scam. Kept sending product even thought I did not request. Can’t get anyone to cancel the automatic order. Now I will have to cancel my credit card and get a new number. How desperate is a company that they would trick customers into automatic reorder. The reason I don’t want anymore is because the new mood made me feel horrible anxiety and nausea. Buyer beware

Sorry excuse for inventory management. Purchased over $1009 on semi annual sale for kettlebells and other fitness equipment. After two weeks of accepting my order and taking my money I still haven’t received any updates. I contacted them and was told if they accepted your order it will ship. Then I waited for a while until they sent me separate emails claiming they oversold and cancelling my order. Made lame excuse of the demand due to Covid-19. We’re in freaking June, Covid 19 has been around a while. This is not news! Worst part is they tied my money up. If I would have been told immediately I would have moved on and bought it somewhere that had it in stock. They cost me the opportunity to buy it somewhere else like at Rogue and Repfitness. Now it’s just waiting for it to be in stock again. I’m not buying from this company again. Just a waste of time and you’ll just end up disappointed because they can’t fullfill your order.

I recently purchased roughly $800 dollars worth of kettlebell and fitness equipments from onnit. After purchase, it said to allow 5-7 business days for processing around the third week of not receiving any information about my purchase I attempted to call onnit 3 times with no answer and no call back I then emailed them and waited a 4 day period with no response. After this, I received 5 separate emails stating that onnit during their fitness sale, unfortunately, oversold their equipment and were canceling my order due to lack of inventory. this was extremely frustrating being that I waited a significant period to first place this order and then had to wait an additional 3 weeks to hear that I was not going to receive any of the equipment I purchased.

I'll start by saying I absolutely love Onnits fitness products, I have steel clubs, steel maces, kettlebells and a battle rope. All great quality and good products. I've tried some if their supplements (creatine, alpha brain, Shroom Support, etc) but haven't been taking long enough to comment one way or the other. Now onto the bad... I've had 5 different orders from them over the past month and a half (took advantage of their semi-annual sale) and 3 of my 5 orders have been wrong!!! One was missing Alpha Brain (which they did replace), the other I got a wrong Kettlebell and of course the one I was supposed to get is out of stock (they did their best to make it right and I'm satisfied). Now today I receive another shipment and the 4 items I was supposed to get are not there and I have someone elses packing slip and their two t-shirts. I'm waiting for a response. It is VERY HARD to actually get someone to answer or talk to you. Once you get someone I have been satisfied with their reactions to the issues. Hope that will be the case with this current problem. If commenting on just their products I give 5 stars all day, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Now it seems its a gamble if you actually get what you order. Ive wasted countless hours of their shipping mistakes and wasn't able to get what I ordered in one case. So it seems buying from them is a gamble. I'm still waiting for a large part of another order so we'll see how that goes. I'll try and update after talking to customer service and receiving the rest of my recent purchase. As of now 5 stars on product, but 1 star on quality control with their warehouse and shipping team. *Update... Finally received the rest of my order. Very hard to get a hold of customer service. When you do they are nice and try and make things right BUT have a big flaw in their company where is you need help with shipping of fitness items they know nothing. Say all they can see is what we see. I love their products but I've never had this much struggle in missed and wrong orders and spent countless hours of my time wasted in trying to resolve. 5 stars on their products, 1 star on customer service and quality control. I just placed another order with them and hope it will go smooth and giving them another chance. Hoping they just stretched themselves to thin during semiannual dale and this isn't the norm.

I'm in the process of trying out different nootropics and was really excited to try out Alpha Brain after reading many great reviews. I ordered 60 capsules for a months course through UK supplier XBrain. I was totally underwhelmed and didn't notice any difference. I'm really disappointed because the cost of this is significantly more than its competitors. On a side note, I experienced very poor customer service from XBrain. I sent 3 emails and had no response. For anyone looking to try them out, I would recommend sourcing them from a different supplier.

My wife (26 years old) used Alpha Brain for a brief time. It was not only ineffective but it actually created an acute allergic reaction and had to be stopped and returned, for which we've received no communication or refund.

Just tried Alpha Brain Instant. Really disappointed, taste is not bad but I have been really ill with stomach cramps, nausea and bad head. Sorry but it's £55 down the drain for me. I really thought it would help with my studies, just made me feel flat and as mentioned ill. Maybe just my body does not like it, as there seems to be so much good said about the product which is even more disappointing for me.

I am writing this review sitting on my bathroom floor, where I have found myself the past few days after taking Alpha Brain. I bought this product with high hopes of improving my daily focus. Instead I found it to be more of a distraction due to the running back and forth to the bathroom due to major nausea. The first day I thought it was just a fluke so I decided to continue taking the supplement, huge mistake on my part. I’m not normally one with a sensitive stomach, but i find myself experiencing extreme stomach cramps and nausea which led to vomiting. I saw no improvement in any of the areas that they mentioned. I just wish I was aware of the possible side effects that can occur when taking the product before purchasing. When I was buying it, I couldn’t find any side effects or reviews on their website. I guess that should have been my clue that this product isn’t as great as they claim. But, these are just my experiences, only way to find out for yourself is by taking it. I would really like a refund but who knows how dedicated this company is to helping customers.

Been using Onnit Products for a while. While the quantities of some products aren't significant, you still get what you pay for. It's obvious great attention to detail is put into the highest quality possible in every item. And I must say, I'm blown away by the customer service and speed at which I am put in contact with a representative. 5 stars A+ all day!

to be honest, I usually love alpha brain and new mood but I have been eyeing the total human pack for a while so I finally tried it after 1 night I got stomach cramps so bad I couldn't move and as the week progressed they got less intense but none the less still were apparent im not sure if this is normal of all vitamins, but I'm nervous to continue to take Not a knock on ONNIT or the quality, but definitely confused and upset to say the least

In my view the cardinal sin that Alpha Brain commits is not proving that it contains the advertised ingredients. And Alpha Brain is not unique in this — this is actually a huge problem with the supplement industry in general. Nobody is verifying that supplements actually contain the vitamins, nutrients and Nootropic ingredients on the label or listed on their website. Somebody who just wants to make money can build an ecommerce store, create some graphics of a bottle or label and list a bunch of ingredients that empower our health but actually just fill the capsules with sawdust (or whatever) and make a killing. It’s an often undiscussed ethical hazard of being in the supplement game. If you don’t see a certificate of analysis (COA) for the ingredients of the product you’re really making a faith based decision to consume it. Onnit’s is probably not doing this because they are a big company with a lot money, the value of their multi-million dollar brand is probably not worth the risk of betraying their customers to maximize profits a little more but as industry leaders they really should take that ethical step and just make their COAs public. Having been the internet’s smart drug dealer for the better part of the decade, I have some experience dealing with Onnit and without getting into too many sordid details I think they may be doing too many psychedelics there in Austin! My experience with them was of the organized irresponsibility that characterizes large bureaucratic organizations and companies. Usually, how a company does one thing is how it does everything. My experience with various departments of Onnit furthers my suspicion of their products’ quality assurance. If you watch just a few of the podcasts that they produce you’ll see that they really embrace a lot of postmodern pseudo-social science and wuwu new age spirituality. Which is good for marketing I’m sure but this really doesn’t seem like very appropriate corporate cultural for the rigorous endeavor of creating scientifically backed health products.

This review has less to do with product and more with customer service and communication. I was a loyal customer of Onnit for several years with an ongoing subscription to the old Total Primate Care packs and Alpha Brain. I travel a lot for work and the TPC packs were convenient and effective at keeping me healthy and useful in fighting off colds and other bugs one gets exposed to in airplanes, hotels, etc. I raved about the company and product to family, friends and colleagues on a regular basis. Over a year ago, I began to notice a severe degradation in quality of the individual packets. Smashed pills, missing pills,etc. Additionally, my subscription service began to be interrupted by bouts of unavailability. After a few unanswered emails, I finally reached a customer service rep who explained that they were switching vendors who would be improving/changing the pills to capsule form but that I should experience no more delays in delivery. What followed was approximately 3-4 months of zero product availability. Zero customer communication, either directly or broadly on the website to explain the interruption in service or planned product improvement. I tried multiple times to reach someone for updates with zero success- just radio silence. Keep in mind I was a loyal customer having subscriptions to TPC and alpha brain for well over a year, as well as having purchased kettlebells and various other products and supplements over the years. I finally attempted to post a negative review directly on the website- and to no surprise, it was blocked and never posted! I finally canceled all future subscriptions and switched to a competitor. Fast forward a month or so and Onnit comes forth with a new and improved Total Human product, complete with trendy and flashy marketing and a new premium price point roughly $30 more per month, even at subscription pricing discount! No incentive to past loyal customers of TPC or communication of this product change whatsoever. I realize every company has a right to change products, as well as to increase their pricing. That is not my issue. My issue is the complete lack of customer communication and loyalty. This company displays an almost arrogant attitude of elitism toward its’ customer base and utilizes an alliance/partnership with well known athletes, military veterans, and personalities (whom I’d like to support) in order to drive sales through exclusivity. But their actions toward customers while interrupting subscription services of products with no explanation is in poor form and lacks even the most basic degree of consideration or communication. There are several supplement/nutrition companies out there offering equal or superior products, at similar or superior price points that value your business and loyalty. At the premium prices Onnit requires, customer service, communication and loyalty should be on point. My experience over the course of several months was anything but “Onnit”.

I ordered the free sample of Alpha Brain and enjoyed it. Overall, I felt more alert, motivated, and strong. About the third day I was taking it my heart started racing and my tongue felt a little swollen. I chalked it up to not eating enough with it for breakfast, but it happened again the next day. Unfortunately this was the last of my pills, so I didn’t have the chance to see if lowering the dose to 1 pill would fix my problems. Although I assume lowing the dose would take away my negative side effects. About the subscription - I did receive an email reminding me to update my subscription if I didn’t want to be billed again, after my free trial which was nice.

I've placed several orders with Onnit over the years and have been totally satisfied with their products and service. My only complaint is that shipping to Canada takes a few weeks.

Ordered a steel mace from Onnit. Payment was excepted and order was processed. After 5 or so days I reached out asking for tracking. It was provided. The tracking number was not accepted on the carriers website. At this point I believed the package just had not shipped yet and was still in the processing phase which would cause the tracking number to not track. A week goes by still the tracking pro number did not work. Reached back out to Onnit, waited two days finally got a response which they stated the package shipped. Ok fine... Fast forward two weeks of going back and forth with an associate I finally get the news they were out of the material ... Now here I am , the mace is back in stock and I order it again. This time I use a coupon code the customer care associate gave me to take a few bucks off the total and lo and behold it does not work. In general I'm not even mad I have just been rolling my eyes at how bad this group seems to operate. Buy at your own risk guys. The other products I have gotten have been ok, their logistics team and shipping process is just terrible.

Terrible products, unreliable brand. I had purchased their Interval backpack that has since been taken off of their website and replaced with a new, equally as trashy backpack. I had two of these backpacks of the same model break on me. The first Interval backpack I had starting to come unseamed where the strap attaches to the pack around your shoulder. It had lasted about 6 months before that happened. Onnit had me sent me a replacement as I sent in the faulty product. The replacement also lasted around 7 months before the same issues started occcuring. I contacted their customer service and they told me they would reimburse me 50% of the actual purchase because they felt that was "appropriate" I disputed with their lackluster customer service via email for about a week (keep in mind it took them about 10 days to give me 3 responses, with multiple day gaps in between) before they said they were done with the support ticket. This infuriated me as I have been a multiple time customer of onnit, and the fact that they strictly adhere to their quality standard of ABSOLUTE TRASH has turned me away for good. I will not be purchasing anything from them and I very much encourage others to not fall for their scams whether it be supplements, or apparel.
