Very poor customer/marketing service. Weeks have passed since my first email, and despite several further attempts and reminders, at the time of writing, I still haven't heard anything back from the appropriate team. One of the worse customer service I had ever experienced, and by reading at other reviews, I am not the first and only one. I would be very careful before buying any of their products, as you might end up in the same situation in case you are experiencing any issues. Stay away from this company.

This company has always had bad customer service. I put up with it, because I liked their outerwear. Unfortunately, the customer service and shipping has gotten so bad, I will no longer shop there. I ordered a a jacket and base-layer from them on 2/25/23. It is now 3/9 and they still have not shipped my order. I have reached out to them numerous times with little to no response. The first time was to cancel my order, because it had been 8 days since I placed my order and no shipping confirmation. They told me that I couldn’t cancel and I would receive a ship confirmation very soon. It has been 5 days since they told me that and I still don’t have a shipping confirmation. Now, they won’t respond to any of my emails. Their site is no help either. They have 2 different shipping timelines for getting the product out the door, either 1-2 days or up to 5. The site itself is really bad. I’m in the US and I need to change the currency on the site myself. My next stop is Freeskier Magazine to tell them to stop promoting them in their gear guide. Getting good gear is great, but buying it from a terrible company like orage, who could care less about you or your experience is not worth it.

I brought a Men's Timberline Jacket. 2 of the plastic snap broke before the try on. (It's a $399 CAD jacket). Customer service on the phone has to go through supervisor for details, which the supervisor will disagree (They will send an email later). They have no customer service guideline, You will have different customer experience based on the representative you are dealing with!
