Mar 01,2023I chose a jacket that was too big. I returned it no problem then was offered a credit as they didn’t have to size I wanted. I didn’t want anything available so I asked for it to be returned so I could have it altered to suit. This was all handled promptly and respectfully and I’m happy to shop with them in the future.
