This backpack has many thoughtful design features: wide main compartment opening, magnetic flap closure, padded laptop pocket, and grey bottom panel to keep it looking fresh. Added bonus: resists pet hair! A minor downside - water bottle holders are narrow.

Sep 14,2024This was a warranty replacement for a damaged item. I sent an email detailing the damage along with pictures of the damage. Customer service was quick to respond and sent a replacement immediately. Very happy with ORI customer service.

Sep 26,2024Good quality and attractive product. I have a larger one, but wanted one a little smaller to use as a day pack when traveling. Very nice color. I like that the bottom is reinforced and it'll sit upright on its own.
