Jun 24,2024I saw the bag in actual. physical store and was impressed with the quality & design. However they didn’t have medium size of the Paddington Crossbody that fits better with my life style. The shipping was surprisingly quick, and I was also able to take advantage of the free US shipping event too. Thank you I am really happy with my purchase.

The colors are even better in person than on the website. The construction is excellent and I love how light bothe the Barnaby and the back pack are.

But what makes them great is the fact that they are sustainable brands. I have already given some of my purchases as gifts and my recipients love them, too!

Jun 18,2024The bag I received was sewn crooked/faulty and I plan to return it. I have scoured your website and also sent an email to info. to request reimbursement for the return shipping, or a return label. No one has replied to my email. I would keep the bag if it wasn't faulty. It doesn't seem right that I have to pay $16-20 to return it to you when it is incorrectly sewn. Not the level of customer service I expected from your brand!

I was going to take it on a trip but it won’t hold as much as I was hoping it would. I do love your items, however. Thanks
