Avoid this company Ordered Winston black shoes for my graduation. Shoes arrived and have clearly been worn the soles where dirty and scuffed with scuffs also on the leather. Contacted customer support who advised to return shoes by 2pm and would send out new shoes however would take 5 days to deliver this ment they would not be here for my graduation I requested 24 hour delivery but informed not an option. Opted for return only.. Clearly not a premium company

Really happy with the shoes—super well-made with a lot of attention to detail. They’re stylish enough to turn heads without being over-the-top. Big kudos to Oswin Hyde for creating such amazing shoes, totally worth it.

I snagged a fresh pair of awesome shoes straigh from oswinhyde.com. Turns out, they were even cheaper on their website. Got'em delivered with on-time tracking, and the whole unpacking experience was top-notch! :)

First time buying anything from Oswin Hyde at a friends recommendation. When I bought the shoes last week I realised I'd ordered the wrong size, lady on the phone was very nice and updated my order on the spot without issues so I have to give flowers to the customer service. Genuinely surprised at how premium everything is from the little extra bits to even the little chocolate in the box, the boots are fantastic quality and fit perfectly. Will definitely be buying again in the future.

Hugely recommend. Great shoes delivered exactly as expected. Packaging is premium with lovely added touches such as a shoe horn, shoes are great and I am extremely happy with the product. They even upgraded my shipping after I had ordered as I realised I needed them sooner. I will be buying more shoes in the future!
