After I supplied them with a video of what it was, or was not, doing, they processed request for a replacement. I did receive, in a reasonable time the replacement watch and it is working exactly as advertised. I am happy!

Jun 14,2022i had ordered ( Order # 27942) Boat 255 Pro Plus on COD and paid paid Rs.1099 but they have delivered wrong product ,i have been calling every hour since they have cheated with me. i called on mobile 7860174691 and 6393023746 and came to know that wishdeals have promised to give replacement but till after 10 days passed no one responding to my phone calls on my mobile 8149733802 , its a clear cut case of cheating , i am going to sue against them in Consumer Court.
