I'm also a person who typically hates advertising gimmicks and brand stuff, but I genuinely love the way they engage and the fun, unpretentious culture around their products. It feels genuine coming from a small business. I use a ton of their products and have tried just about everything at this point, never disappointed.

May 02,2021Their smell descriptions are on point! Don’t be disappointed when you open the soap and it smells like a campfire! Leaves skin smooth and scent lasts a long time for me. Great customer service!

Apr 08,2021I think I got three soaps and a little bonus soap too, and honestly I could not tell the difference in cents , they all smelled exactly the same, and the sent was like a new leather couch , I don’t know anyone who wants to smell like that , but I will have to say the soap lathered up good and I could smell the bar from about six feet away, to be honest I threw all of them in the trash

Mar 24,2021I really wanted to like this product. The marketing is great and fun, the owners seem really cool, but the products smell really bad to me, pungent, sickly sweet, artificial fragrance. Seems many other people like them though so maybe it's just me. For the Fire in the Hole I guess what I was expecting was straight up Pine Tar soap in a cool package, I would have been happier with that. I may try these soaps in the shower, perhaps they perform different during actual use although the smell is nearly enough to give me a headache. I'm so sorry that I had to write this review, I REALLY want to like this product, I really want it to succeed. Glad others are enjoying it!

May 11,2021The advertising is fun and the owners are very welcoming when it comes to their boxes. They add in a little post card with a thank you letter each time I bought their products. I bought Blazing Saddles the cologne and at first the smell was very strong like chemically through the box and sniffing the bottle. Once I sprayed it though, I was in love. I wear this cologne everyday now. My wife loves the milled soaps and I love the handmade ones. We just ordered some more and we are excited for them to come in. Also, they ship really pretty fast! We love helping out small businesses.
