The worst college experience. Terrible organization, no planning of excursions and activities, indifferent staff, only focused on saving money. We went to Bradfield this year, and the management was rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. The parents of my students constantly complained about all their shortcomings.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of applying for the Centre Manager position at Oxford International Education Group. The recruitment process, particularly the online interview, left a lot to be desired and has left me with a negative impression of the organisation. The interview was scheduled for today (01 May 2024)via Microsoft Teams with the Recruitment Manager, Mr. Luke Newsholme. However, to my dismay, Luke failed to show up for the interview, wasting my time and demonstrating a lack of professionalism and respect. This is a clear red flag for all stakeholders, as it reflects poorly on the organisation's communication and commitment to its potential employees and learners including parents/guardians. As a candidate, I was looking forward to the opportunity to discuss my qualifications and experience with Oxford International Education Group. However, the lack of punctuality and respect for my time has left me questioning the organisation's values and priorities. This has led me to immediately withdraw my candidacy. In conclusion, my experience with Oxford International Education Group has been disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise potential applicants and parents to reconsider their decision to apply for positions within this organisation, as it may not be the best fit for those seeking a professional and respectful work environment. I have also left a Google review.

My niece joined the Junior programmes 2022 in the centre of Greenwich as an individual student with no accommodation. She took English lessons during 4 weeks, the first 2 with activities and excursions too. The organisation of everyday lessons was a chaos. My niece had to ask every morning for her daily plan, and nobody there seemed to know what it was. The first day I went with her to make sure everything was working fine, in the address provided by the Admissions Officer. However, we jumped from one building to another up to 4 times. Even worse, my niece didn't finally take any lessons that day, and the first week she only had 2 days of lessons (a waste of time and money). Activities and excursions were insignificant. She was brought to shopping up to 6 times, sometimes spending over 3 hours at the shopping center. By contrast, barely 1 hour in only 2 museums. Other activities were just walks across the city with no information at all from monitors about what the students were visiting. Therefore, the value for money is terrible. Very expensive for what the students get in exchange. The money invested isn't reflected in the quality of activities, meals, and lessons received. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this Junior programmes for those who take English lessons seriously.
