Mar 31,2023I'm fairly upset that as a shop they do not cater to the needs of non UK customers. I'd used to use their products well before Brexit came into effect. back then I did not have to think twice, the price was the price with an additional of a fair shipping fee. now however, once I've got Oxford vitality's products integrated into my daily routine, not only do I have to fiddle with hideous customs services, but I also have to practically pay twice the price due to new customs fees set for items imported from the UK into the EU. I use other UK based services, which have found ways around the Brexit problems to keep carrying for their EU customers. Oxford vitality however, doesn't seem to give a damn. I have been sending emails to their customer service and received NO REPLY. I cannot say that oxford vitality claims to be a UK only business, even the prices on the online shop appear in my local currency. but the customs that apply on their products render them unaffordable to non UK customers and it doesn't seem that resolving it is on their agenda.

Despite email confirmation from Tobias Oxford Vitality person, sent on February 9, 2023 about changing the billing address to the shipping address it did not happen until today.
