Very confusing set-up. It's frustrating to be given less than 24 hours notice of when a call is happening as they take place on a working day. Not good for people with certain health conditions and for those who work in a front-facing workplace with customers... There is also no information on how to contact them to re-arrange said calls. I have had several appointments with different individuals and there appears to be no communication between them. On the last call, I was asked me why I was even referred to them in the first place! My report was sent through with recommendations and had incorrect information and errors on it. Things I discussed on the phone were not included in the report which were an important part of why I was referred to PAM OHS in the first place. Very very poor.

I can't comment on the level of professionalism or competence of the OH staff who carry out the assessments, simply because since the beginning of this month I've been given five different appointments (so 'bumped' four times). On one occasion I was informed on a Friday afternoon that my appointment the following Wednesday had been brought forward to the Tuesday, only to find that my email advising them it wasn't suitable wasn't read until after the Tuesday meeting had passed. With that it's now twice I've been called at appointment times which had been declined or cancelled. As an organisation this lot are an absolute shower. I was feeling fairly neutral about the whole thing but now I'm pretty anxious. Imagine if this happened to someone off work with anxiety or depression. My manager has raised a complaint because they tried to charge our organisation for not getting back to them within 48 hours to cancel, when they emailed less than two days before the appointment. Utter shambles.

Awful company. Unreliable. Unorganised. Very unprofessional. I have been unfortunate enough to have to deal with these people for a number of years as the organisation I work for employs them. Every single time I deal with them it’s a drama. Either 5hey don’t do as they say or they send emails or texts changing times and locations which 8 then have to chase. They clearly do not care that they are dealing with vulnerable people and appear from my experiences to be just out of the contracts and the money. I would definitely suggest that this company are avoided at all costs. I will certainly be asking questions of my employer and their governing body as to why they are employing such inept services.

My partner is struggling with Trauma and has been referred through work, she has had meetings cancelled at short notice since December and the only person to show up since has only been trained as a Grief counsellor and 'will have to muddle through' and had no interest in working with my Partner. was promised the proper help, and again today, the meeting has been cancelled with 2 minutes' notice. This is causing me and my partner serious problems, you should be f***ing ashamed of your p**s-poor service.

This company sent me a text with a date and time on it to have a call from one of their associates? I had no notification from my company that they were going to contact me. They didn't tell me why I had to have this call, or who I would be speaking to. Ever heard of Data Protection Rights? You'd no right to contact me without my permission.

Appointment cancelled and rearranged several times. Advisor kept referring to me having ADHD, which I don't have. The first question was "What do you expect us to do about it". There was no empathy whatsoever. When I pressed the advisor for specific advice, she advised that if I was struggling in my post I should consider getting another job. I have been doing the same job for over 30 years. Hahaha! Unbelievable

Dreadful experience whilst having pre-employment checks for NHS. Clinician made a decision and when I asked for an explanation for this no one seemed to be able to give me an answer and it has delayed things significantly. This is a great shame given the staffing levels within the NHS.

The staff at Pam SpecialtyHospitalNorth Victoria,Tx was exceptional. They listned to my questions and answered and resolved. If I ever need any kind of wound care or other Pam Specialty services I would not hesitate to call on them for help

Didn't believe my disabilities, said I can't know if people are discriminating against me if I haven't worked in a place long. I wasn't aware that duration was mandatory when it came to ensuring discrimination. Rude lady, no empathy.

I contacted PAM Health as I needed a new office chair - on discussing our needs, I was recommended a couple of models to view and decided to opt for the ES190i. We are delighted with the chair - great price for a chair that can be adjusted multiple ways for comfort as well as having an inflatable lumbar support and foldaway arms. Just what we needed for hours spent doing desk work.
