Apr 30,2020WOW!! What fabulous and professional service from Ian! He found a Sunday edition that I didn't think would be possible for a Sunday birthday ! My friend received her parcel on time is is absolutely delighted with the paper and noted the special touch of presentation in a newspaper bag. Huge thank you to PapersPast. Highly recommend.

Jun 12,2019Absolutely amazed by the quality of the gift I bought, and even more impressed by the personal service from Ian. I’d asked for a paper from ‘73, in my email I’d explained that it was for a 40th Birthday and Ian was thoughtful enough to ask me to clarify the date I needed a I’d got it wrong and needed ‘79! He then went to the trouble of choosing a paper with fantastic content and adverts, all carefully packaged and sent to me in super quick time. I’m so happy with the gift, it’s a perfect idea for someone who has everything! Cannot thank Ian enough

I know my father will be delighted with the present. The extra "Birthday Book" is a nice touch when giving the newspaper as a gift. Dec 22,2018Ordered a paper for my dad as a slightly belated birthday present. It needed to be something memorable as it was his 80th. The ordering itself was very easy and quick. I expected it to take a few days to arrive, especially as it's just before Christmas, but it came the next day. Really well packed in very good condition considering its 80 years old (shame the same can't be said for my dad!!!) There's some very slight wear on some of the inside edges of some pages but again considering the age this is very little and only mentionable but not a distraction or disappointment. It's fascinating looking through the paper. The writing is very different, there are no stories of David Beckham or any of the Kardashian's and the adds are incredible. A house costing £98 per annum, I'm on my way to my time machine immediately!!! My dad is really happy with the paper/ present and has been sitting at the table for about 2 hours reading through it. He keeps giving a little more information about what he's read. I hope to use Papers past in the future for other birthdays. Very pleased with purchase and the service I've received.
