May 22,2021My experience with this company was incredible. From the first contact right up to parcel delivery, they solved ALL the problems posting to Africa entails, and made it a smooth and headache free experience. Posting to Africa is complicated at best and a random gamble at worst. This company took all this in its stride and solved every problem posting half way round the world threw at it without blinking. They dealt with everything from couriers, to customs forms , and when UPS couldn’t find the address to deliver to, they even rang the recipient directly to resolve it. I will certainly be using them every time I post to Africa. I can highly recommend them as the only company to use if you want things to actually arrive. First class, five stars.
