Have had no problems - the goods arrive in a timely manner from Germany and as it is EU there is no problems with customs. The only irritating thing I have encountered is that they advertise discount codes but when you check out there is no box to enter the code. The first time this happened they refunded the discount but the second time I asked they didn’t!
