Also, I was having an issue replacing the part on my printer, and Jonah was willing to take the time to talk to me on the phone and explained step-by-step what to do. Not many companies would be willing to provide that next level of customer service! I'll be buying all future replacement parts from Partsbuilt 3D.

Everything down to the small details in the customer service, pricing, delivery times, packaging, quality control, follow-up were all perfect. If I could post a picture of what I received you would be blown away. Hand written notes, a double checked packing list, a sticker, a complimentary bag of jelly beans, double wrapped bubble packing. Aug 26,2024The customer support is unbeatable. A live person picks up the phone with no wait time! The response was kind and constructive and the issue was resolved fast and easy. By the way, there was a carrier's fault, NOT a Partsbuilt 3D fault. We are a happy customer and it is good to know that there is a great service to help with hard-to-find parts for your 3D printer.

Jul 16,2024I was desperate for a fan for my Prusa MK3. My usual goto was out of stock and I was dead in the water. I found this site on reddit and I am so glad that I did! Not only did they ship the fan super fast, they also included small zip ties because they knew that I would need them when replacing my fan. And it came with a personalized note which is always a nice touch! They have earned my future business!

Apr 18,2024I have recently have gotten into 3D printing and needed some parts for upgrades. Parts3D is a reliable small business that had reasonable pricing. I get my parts days before the calculated arrival date. On the receipt I get a nice message from one of the owners and a small bag of Jelly Bellies. I just really like those little personal touches which tells me that this business CARES for their customers rather than just see me as just a client. I will continue to buy from Parts3D because of their customer service and the available parts that I need to continue with my tinkering in 3D printing.

To get a replacement from Prusa was unacceptably tool long.searching the web I found Partsbuilt.. my savior. 😁. They shipped the nozzle assembly quickly, at a reasonable price and I was up an running in short order. Partsbuilt is my new “go to” supplier. Everything was resolved perfectly. Thank you!

Feb 16,2025I was looking for US stock on original Prusa parts, prices are competitive and for me 3-5day shipping takes 2 days sooo look out Amazon. Feels good supporting small businesses, love the fact I get handwritten notes, jellybeans (as a play on Prusa), an sticker, and an actual email link for any issues encountered. Excellent work partsbuilt3d!!
