Jan 25,2022Alex's webinars are interesting, informative, enjoyable and facilitate active learning. There is an atmosphere of friendliness and fun which enables students to improve their knowledge of Italian language and culture in a relaxed way. Marta's group lessons are master classes of good teaching. My Italian has improved enormously with the help of Passione Italiana.

Jan 25,2022Passione Italiana is a gift to me! I feel like I have expanded my travel of Italy through their beautiful and informative webinars. And there are the YouTube lessons with Marta! Many topics, not too long, and all help me with my study of the language. Living in California, I have not yet met Alex or Marta, but through Zoom I feel like I know them and love studying with them. If you are looking for an Italian study/practice resource, you MUST check out Passione Italiana for inspiration.

Jan 25,2022Last year, during the pandemic, I started with your YouTube videos to offer to my foreigner students a fun and relaxed way to learn and improuve italian language. The lessons are well structured and easy to understand. A very useful support . I'm enthusiastic. Grazie Marta e grazie a tutti!!!

Jan 25,2022For english-speaking students of the Italian language, allow me to tell you a little about Passione Italiana. As a displaced native Italian, I’ve lived in the U.S. all my life while struggling to keep my Italian alive and up-to-date. For quite some time, I have been following many Italian learning resources on Internet. I have settled with three that I consider the BEST-of-the-best providers of online Italian language education. Passione Italiana is one of these. As a native speaker, student AND teacher of Italian in the United States, I heartily endorse and strongly recommend this U.K.-based organization and instruction by the affable and entertaining yet knowledgeable hosts - Alex, Marta, Silvia (and her twins!). The videos are available through YouTube and passione-italiana.com, and are excellent. I understand that Passione also offers group and one-on-one online training, and the occasional group trips to Italy. Alex hosts webinars on a regular basis - once or twice per week on travel within Italy, and other topics that help the student with Italian grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and more. Marta’s YouTube video lessons are mesmerizing, as she leads the lessons in the most friendly yet effective ways. Silvia’s videos teach us how to prepare healthy Italian-style meals in addition to leading fun learning activities. Finally, from the twin children, we learn as they learn Italian in an English-speaking environment. All the host-instructors invite comments, and they are very responsive to those who have constructive comments and contributions to the discussion at hand. Jan 25,2022I have been following Passione Italiana for approx. 3 years. I started with their YouTube videos and ventured into their group lessons (by Zoom) in the Fall 2021. It has been a fabulous experience. Alex is kind, patient, and considerate. He knows how to foster along language learning in adult students, and has greatly improved by Italian language proficiency.

Jan 25,2022I came across Passione Italiana when I tried to teach myself Italian during the pandemic I used 'Simpl-Italian', the book by Alex Dunitz and then watched some of the wonderful YouTube videos by Passione Italiana's Marta. I spotted that Alex offered one-to-one Zoom lessons and jumped at the chance. It's been great, really professional, structured, fun learning and I now take part in a group lesson which is taking me forward.

Jan 25,2022I can’t recommend enough the people at Passione Italiana. I started weekly lessons with Alex more than a year ago and my Italian is greatly improved. He has been a superb teacher and has become a dear friend. This month I started a weekly group lesson with Marta and, as people who have seen her outstanding videos surely know, she has been fantastic! And what about i gemelli!? I can’t wait for them to join Sylvia in cucina! I’m sure Sylvia can’t wait either😉. They deserve six stars!
