I have also contacted them in the past with a couple of queries regarding the Indian sandstone I had purchased. They were very helpful and replied promptly with great suggestions. Would highly recommend this company.

Jun 26,2024I have to agree with a previous reviewer. We were recommended Pavestone by our landscaper and builder. It was completed in March and were recommended Pavestone as it looked fantastic and would be low maintenance. It shows every mark from footsteps to bird mess and wet dog paws. We are constantly washing and sweeping to try and keep it clean. We now have pots with feet and the staining from every watering is intolerable. A rep from Pavestone has been to admire it and the builder has been back to high pressure hose it before photographers spent a long day for their upcoming brochure. We are very disappointed but in its favour it looks good when clean and very safe to walk on in wet weather. But would not recommend if you’re looking for low maintenance.

Apr 07,2024Although the porcelain tiles look great, we are having massive issues wirh staining and marking, only been down three weeks and in that time, we have had a lot of issues, even just walking on the lawn and then on the patio leaves large footprints we can't remove - water drops, plant debris everything leaves a mark - we are so dissapointed as we went for porcelain over sandstone due to its low maintenance... and we went for pavestone as we thought it was the better choice.

Oct 11,2023So happy I chose this company, from the initial call to the office for some advice on their products and being walked through my choices by Gary an external rep helping me decide on the right product for my property, supplying me handy sized samples, he even supplied me with a list of the Pavestone preferred Installers to contact to quote for the installation. I ended up choosing a beautiful porcelain they call Dolomite Mars Rust. I cant wait for the project to finish and I will upload photos once it’s completed. Thank you Pavestone for a brilliant buying experience.

They look amazing just in the packs so can’t wait to get them laid and see the end result! The process from order to delivery was seamless and we’d definitely order from Pavestone again!

Product came very well packaged and once installed looked amazing. Really pleased and would definitely recommend to anyone. Customer service was excellent.

We also have Pavestone block paving for our driveway and I couldn't be happier with them. We are even looking at getting pavestone flooring throughout our downstairs. I couldn't fault the products/service in any way.

Aug 11,2023I contacted them via Email regarding an existing patio that I have at my house. It is black limestone, I wanted to know the correct procedures for cleaning the black limestone and also for restoring the black colour as it has faded in the sunlight which is natural for this product. I also wanted some advice about replacing existing pointing other brand( not point fix) that had failed. I received email reply within minutes of my Enquiry with useful links to appropriate page is on the pavestone website, I was asked to provide photos of my patio so that they could pinpoint the exact procedures that I need to follow to clean my existing paio. Once I had sent email reply with photos, I then received an email asking me to provide my contact number so that the rep could ring me up regarding the correct procedures. Within about 30 minutes, the rep had phoned me up, we had discussed the issue with my patio and I an now confident in what I am doing. The customer service is second to none and they and the rep could not be more helpful.
