ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL, do not answer e-mails, make promises on the telephone they later deny. Have been with this company for over ten years and have now been left high and dry at the last minute after been fobbed off numerous times over the last six months regarding transferring to their new platform. The number of bad reviews speaks for itself, we are a customer they have thoroughly let down. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR BUSINESS IT IS YOUR LIVELIHOOD.
I was surprised to see so many negative reviews for this company. We used them as a payment provider for 11 years and never have had any problems with them. Quite happy customer here.
Support doesn't reply to emails. Need to chase them few times to get the reply after weeks of waiting. They clearly are not interested in taking new customers.
Easy to use system both virtual terminal and plugin for online shop. Great customer services reps that make it easy to understand explanations about queries.
Received lots of emails saying I have been charged various sums of money. Spoke with Pay360 and sent them the emails. They are unable to confirm whether they sent the emails!! Let alone which account they charged. They sugested I do a charge back with my bank if charges show up. WOW
Tried to get Merchant account with one of the providers & they passed our details over to customer support executive at Pay360. The account opening process with them was an absolute hassle as they had to liaise with Merchant Account provider and never updated me. Two months down the line after activation, our account got hijacked with all details which were provided to Pay360. The matter was so serious that our colleague was intouch with their representative over the phone where he advised that he has no jurisdiction with merchant account provider and we need to liaise with them directly. We got intouch with them and they showed us the contracts where it is clearly written that Gateway provider is Pay360 and hence the responsibility lies on to them. Continued ping pong with same gentleman and he couldn't lead me anywhere despite being defensive while my colleague explaining him back n forth that he needs to liaise with merchant account provider to close or block the account. The company is purely nonsense and haven't got a clue as to what customer service is neither how to get things done in partnership. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Intrusion! Why has this company showed up as searching on my credit history??? Never heard of them and therefore don’t use them. One thing is for sure, I will NOT be using this company in the future.
They have held a £1200 deposit for over 7 weeks now, and still the refund has not been paid back. Originally it was to be held for 28 working days, which is extreme i itself. We put the deposit with motorhomehire.uk for a camper van hire back in April. Here we are in June, and the monies are still missing. Judging by all the other reviews, this company should not be operating.
This is a poor company. They have offered me a product that they have failed to deliver, and have taken months to come back with an answer of 'We'll come back to you on that'. I'd advise anyone reading this to go with another company where possible. Also, if you call them on a Friday you get a receptionist who explains that no one is in the office on a Friday. It's alright for some, but when you've been waiting for three months for some API documents, being told that everyone has the day off is not what you want to hear. It's a shame, but I can't recommend this company.
I found Pay360 staff to be professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. In particular Pratik was instrumental in helping my business find the right solution and get started. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Pay360 support service is really bad. We have been waiting on an answer to a support issue for nearly two weeks now. I called them with a simple question and the guy said this needs to be passed on and could I send an email to technical support. I agree with this other posting - 1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct

Sep 13,2021Update - I think "copy and pasting" seems to be the ability of this organisation as they seem so unprepared to actually discuss the issues ------------------------------------------ Forced to upgrade from SECPAY to Pay360. There is: a) no customer support, b) lines are dead unresponsive and not answered c) phone mail boxes are full so cannot leave message d) Sales Line is down and not accepting calls e) email support has not been responded to best bit !!! f) returned call is not secure and unable to be limited g) shows UNSECURED all data relating to transaction h) credit card number only has 6 numbers obscured i) ALL CUSTOMER details shown name, address post code email, phone number..... Holy crap - this system is the most insecure I've ever had to work with..... Currently recommending the client changes provider
