Nov 13,2023Great service when setting up. Fast response when I've asked questions too. I would recommend giving customers the capability to print a remittance as soon as they have processed the payment. It is causing delays in orders not being able to provide suppliers with receipts.

The travel reward team were also super helpful and gave me some great tips to maximise usage of my points for future holidays that I would never have known how to do by myself!

Sep 18,2023Incredibly difficult to verify account. Customer support have not listened and have asked for identification documentation for someone who is not a beneficial owner. Several emails explaining things and they don’t seem capable of understanding. Maybe it works for simple business structures, but they seem to lack understanding for more complex structures. You’re better off using one of the many more options available on the market. RESPONSE TO REPLY: This is proof that you don’t understand business structures. The entity that I applied with is a company. Full stop. The entity type is NOT different than is what was registered. Your staff simply do not understand the difference between beneficial ownership and non-beneficial ownership and how you treat these different beneficial owner types under KYC legislation. Your team got it - and continue to get it - wrong.
