Their customer support is brilliant as well - every time I have had to call them, they respond immediately and they resolve my issue/question promptly. Danielle has been my point of contact since the start and she is just lovely to work with - very professional yet friendly. Initially, they were very open with the amount I would be receiving from my contract and I've never received a penny less than they calculated I would get at the start. They were also able to provide a comprehensive breakdown and explanation at each stage, which was much appreciated. A special shout out to Danielle, who has been extremely helpful and absolutely fantastic with every question that I’ve had, she has gone above and beyond to help from when I've had small questions to urgent requests and this has helped me out so much. You don't get customer service like this any more! Couldn't recommend this company more!

Apr 09,2024Got a phone call from Payeworx in July 2023 about their solution. I have now found out this company have appeared on the HMRC current list of named tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers (March 2024). Luckily didnt end up using them at the time as could have landed a huge tax bill from HMRC.
