Placed 2 jigsaw orders over a 4 day period. Both orders were shipped on the same day they were placed and the whole order was delivered in perfect condition and well within the promised timings. First class service. Very recommended seller.

Found this website randomly looking for a specific jigsaw puzzle - PDK had the best price around. Despite not having too many recent comments here, I took a risk and confirm everything was great! Got my order a few days later without any issues. I can totally recommend.

Received a jigsaw that had a production fault. Emailed PDK and had a reply from Anne apologising saying that a replacement would be sent. Received the jigsaw a few days later. That is what I call a rock hard no quibble guarantee. My compliments for your customer service.

Order some wasgij jigsaw's and the order hadn't shown on Hermes. So I emailed PDK as they had dispatched the item. A lovely lady called Anne picked up my email the same day. She gave fantastic customer service and got the orders sorted. So impressed I have ordered more items. Thank you so much.

I ordered 2 Eurographics jigsaw puzzle's from PDK with neither the photo's or the description's stating 'smart cut' and yet I received 2 'smart cut' jigsaw puzzle's. I had previously bought 'smart cut' jigsaw's by accident and annoyingly those from PDK included a replacement for one of those bought by mistake. The intended recipient of the replacement jigsaw has a brain that works differently and they found the 'smart cut' pieces confusing and the jigsaw undoable, therefore I would not have bought the jigsaw's had they been advertised as such. PDK initially agreed to refund the cost of the jigsaws but refused to refund the cost of the shipping or return postage. They then refunded the shipping costs but absolutely refuse to refund the return postage. The amount may be trivial to PDK but every penny of our hard earned money in this Pandemic year matters to us.

Ordered several jigsaw puzzles for the second time now. Good prices. Good quality. Just a shame that availability is bit poor but its understable considering awful times we live in now with coronivirus

i would highly recommend PDK. I was posted out the wrong puzzle, same puzzle, but wrong sized puzzle pieces for a friends 8yr old daughter. I rang and spoke to their customer service team and the matter was resolved within 24hrs with the right puzzle posted, and a refund for the postage paid to return the item. They were polite, and the parcel arrived well packaged and very quickly. I found them online by accident, and am very pleased I did, I would definitely use them again!
