Dec 04,2023I purchased a Christmas t-shirt and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The fit is fantastic, true to size, and very flattering. It arrived in about 5 days. Plus, it's made in the US, which is awesome. Overall, I'm really impressed with it.

Nov 18,2023Customer service was terrible. I reached out for a return and they actually declined. I explained it was a gift and the person did not want the shirt. The rep basically stated I knew what o purchased and to have a good day! The site states clearly items can be returned, so I don’t understand this response

Their return policy posted on their website clearly states "we have a 30-day return policy and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & with tags".....I have tried 5 times to get them to process my return for 2 items that have not ever been worn, have all the tags...etc. and were recd' less than 30 days ago but they refuse!! They change their excuse every day when I reach back out to them. HORRIBLE customer service and BEWARE - they do NOT honor their written return policy

Jul 24,2023No email back, order was supposed to be shipped within 3-6 days and when shipped an email should be sent...still waiting. I bet this is coming from China which I hate. It will be returned. It's Been 6 days and no emails yet that they have shipped.

Jul 21,2023Purtoppo mi ritrovo a dover fare una brutta recensione... ho acquistato degli slip mestruali su questo sito, molto contenta ed entusiasta..era il 4 luglio..oggi al 21 ancora non so dove sia finito il mio ordine! Ricevo messaggi dal corriere che non trova indirizzo o non riesce a consegnare e riprogramma continuamente, rimanda indietro il pacco, Scrivo all'assistenza e mi rispondono che cercano di capire anche loro dove sia finito...e poi più nessuno che mi dice nulla, il rimborso ancora non lho ottenuto e nemmeno il mio ordine. Molto delusa. Non consiglio l'acquisto su questi sito.
