Could not be happier with PEM. They bent over backwards to help me with a slightly complicated document certification. Both the Receptionist and the Chartered Accountant were so helpful and so cheerful that what I had thought of as a tiresome task to tick off my list became a real pleasure and a nice human interaction. I left the building in a much better mood than when I came in!
