Oct 02,2024Good products and prices. But the promised of despatch in two working days rarely happens. Three recent orders were confirmed and paid on the same day, with a despatch date of October 3rd. Then the despatch date was changed to October 4th, meaning no delivery until Monday, as they don't do Saturday delivery. Time to be honest up front about these dates I think!

Oct 01,2024I don't understand why I pay for a school logo and have to have the Pendle logo also on the kit promoting the business. There is no option to remove the pendle logo, which in effect is free advertising for the business. Ordering etc all simple and good quality products.

Sep 29,2024Never received my order, apparently courier tried to deliver it even though on the instructions I left a message to leave with a neighbour. I checked with my neighbour and no one had come to the door, he was in all day. After talking to Pendle the parcel had been taken back to the courier’s warehouse where it waited for a week. I chased up the order to find Pendle still had not received the return. Although most of the fault is with the courier, it would have been better service if Pendle had sent out a new order and reclaimed costs from their courier. Be careful when placing orders with Pendle sportswear, you will need to place your order a month before you need it, due to their selection of courier it will take this long to receive your order.
