Aug 29,2024The site is a bit outdated. Wasn't the easiest to navigate round. However the product itself is brilliant. Couldn't be happier. Top quality. I was hoping to get a plain T-shirt with the same sort of prints on it but i couldn't find this on the page also.

(didn't want to try and do the personalisation online) - my opening question: can i get help raising an order so my sponsor can follow up with you and clear the invoice separately. told, and I quote, "sounds a bit complicated that can you send me an e-mail". I lost the enthusiasm to start typing an e-mail !!!

All their staff are friendly and patient and made the task much easier for me. I love the kit building tool online and found it easy to use. The turnaround for receiving the kit was quick and I'm really pleased with the quality of everything we've ordered. I would 100% recommend Pendle.

Aug 21,2024I had to call the team numerous times due to my order and some things that needed changing. They always answer the phone and are always super polite and quick when dealing with the order. I love that when you come to the final part you can actually see the kit and still make changes. Would 100% recommend, have used other suppliers over the years but Pendle is definitely the best by far.

Aug 21,2024Awful company. I spent £100 with them and they refused to exchange for a smaller size for my child. No returns/exchanges allowed due to supposed ‘personalisation’ of kit, yet they supply this club kit to hundreds of other players whose parents have no choice but to spend money with this company. This is the opposite of ‘personalised’ or ‘custom made’. All I got was a patronising email from one of their managers when I queried it. Unethical, ridiculous kids’ sizing. Sadly most parents have to shop here if their kids play for certain clubs.
