And they takes tiny commission from my sales, I don’t feel I am ripping off by it like other similar companies. The best part is their customer service is out of chart. How little issue I have with my account they’ve been quick to respond. I highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for online transaction.

I love that the free version is enough for you to sell your products, schedule and host video coaching sessions (everything you need really). Before I found Pensight, I had tried to set up a coaching service, everything felt difficult and I had actually given up. I found Pensight and I credit the success of my business to it! My clients find it easy to use! When clients have put the wrong email in and contacted support, they receive feedback within minutes! This has really helped with building trust with my clients! I've tried a few different platforms and each had their own set of issues with Pensight easily being the most robust platform, at the best price with the fewest issues (I haven't experienced any to date with almost 2 years of use). Their team is kind and I often reach out and am able to get very personalized help! They are always adding new features and all their automations make running my online coaching business so much easier. They've essentially made my website obsolete at this point haha.

I've cut out at least 80 percent of customer admin tasks because everything is easily accessible in one place. Pensight's platform is incredibly intuitive to use. You don't waste time on endless webinars or tutorials just to get started with the product so you can get your products up and be ready to go almost immediately. If you do have any questions, the team is super helpful and incredibly responsive. You can just get started for zero outlay or go Pro, as I choose to do, to access some really cool features like memberships and marketing integrations. Pensight has all the features you need and none that you don't. More importantly, my customers love using the platform, too, which means I don't need to onboard anyone and have no customer complaints; I set up my products, send links, take payments, and get on with what I do best. Jun 06,2024Pensight is the PERFECT platform for beginner or advanced business owners / creators. The features they have even on the free version are fantastic. Once you’ve learned the platform, I highly recommend the paid version too as you can collect split payments, offer drips in your courses and even do email marketing within the platform! (Among so many other things) I would recommend Pensight to ANYONE! This platform makes it so easy to make sales (and it’s probably the cheapest on the market) Unlike other platforms, they’re customer service is amazing and they help me navigate anything I may be struggling with. 10/10 ⭐️

Jun 05,2024I was first surprised how much was included in the free version: courses, paid video calls, Linktree-like profile, digital items,... After I paid a small subscription ($29), I got access to a page builder (so no need for Webflow anymore), email marketing (that replaced my MailChimp), and a bunch of premium products like subscription-based memberships. I was expecting to pay ~$200 a month for all of this, but $29 is a no-brainer. And the best thing is that it's super easy to manage —no need to read technical documentations anymore.

Feb 13,2025I wanted to cancel my subscription which I paid until Sep, 2025 and I was told if I cancel it not I won't be able to get my refund. I have to use their service until the end of my subscription. I found it very odd and not encouraging people to pay fully for the year.
