Oct 21,2024When we were looking to have a sun canopy fitted our neighbour recommended Penumbra…as it turned out they had fitted two canopies in our new development. With their competitive prices and professional team of fitters it isn’t difficult to see why customers are confident to share their experience. On a personal level, Stuart was very patient with our delays and we couldn’t be more happy now that it has been fitted.

Stuart and his brilliant team at Penumbra Blinds came to our rescue designing state of the art blinds that have absolutely enhanced our property. And we can now sleep and enjoy window ventilation thanks to our motorised blinds. The team are professional, personable, and patient. Nothing is too much trouble. They depict old fashioned customer service and are a joy to do business with.

Stuart and team were very polite and unlike some companies I have used in the past for various other household items, it was a pressure free service. 5/5, Highly recommend!

He also recommended some very cost effective patio heaters when I asked about them. Absolutely no hard sell - this is personal, friendly, customer service excellence at its best. Feb 25,202125th Feb 2021 - Just had a 5m x 3m Weinor Opal awning fitted by Stuart and his team from Penumbra..I had a great experience with them from selection to installation so professional everything went superb and the result is stunning on my south facing patio...a good Summer is ahead !...couldnt recommend them more...very competitive with all quotes i had and just talking to Stuart on the phone made my mind up...his knowledge sold it to me and im glad i chose them.

Dec 15,2020This company was recommended to us by our son. (Which is high praise indeed - if you knew him you'd know why!) So we asked Stewart to come and quote for blinds for our house. He came on time with so many choices we couldn't believe it! He didn't rush us, refused a deposit, and promised that all 8 blinds would be in for Christmas! Unbelievable. Two guys came - installed all electric blinds with the minimum of fuss. I had no clearing up after them... and would certainly recommend them to my friends. So professional and sympathetic to the needs of a customer! How refreshing!
