May 01,2025Ganz tolle Verpackung mit einer persönlichen Notiz. Echt toll! Einen Stern Abzug für die Lieferdauer. Versand dauerte statt 3 Tage, vier Tage. Obwohl der Artikel laut Verfolgung schon am Folge Tag der Bestellung Versand fertig zur Abholung war. Das Produkt ist super. Die persönliche Note von Penworld ebenso. Gerne wieder.

Apr 26,2025I received my Gravitas Pocket Raw Grade 5 Titanium fountain pen with a flex nib sooner than expected. The shipment arrived without incident, and once I opened the package, I was pleasantly pleased. The pen was carefully packaged so as to not jossle around within the box. Additionally, the pen was gift wrapped and a very pleasant note, and a couple of other amenities such as a pen sleeve were provided. The pen was in excellent condition. In terms of a writing instrument, this is probably one of the finest pens that I own. It has an excellent size in terms of length and weight for my hand. To write with this pen is truly superb. I highly recommend anyone to purchase this writing instrument to augment any other pens that you have. To date this is my favorite pen. The pen was gift wrapped which indicated to me a great deal of pride in their work and a professionalism that cannot be ignored. From now on when I shop for a fountain pen I will go to Pen World before I shop any place else, but I’m sure I won’t look any further. This was the most pleasant shopping experience that I have ever had!

Je ne pense pas que ça soit sur tous les crayons, bien au contraire, cependant je l'ai utilisé aujourd'hui pour la première fois et ai mis le bouchon sur l'arrière du crayon, comme je fais sur mes autres crayons (les mêmes) et le bouchon est resté coincé, et cela depuis 4h maintenant.

May 03,2025Amazing. My order had 9 items in it, and not only did it ship the same day that I placed the order, but 4 of the items (2 pens and 2 notebooks) were nicely giftwrapped. There was a hand written thank you note and a few pieces of candy. Most importantly the items were all securely packaged and arrived safely. I love the items ordered as well, as they are all high quality. Is there anything more a company could possibly do? No. You folks are a class act and you pay attention to every detail. It's time to start loading up my cart again for my next purchase. THANK YOU for a great shopping experience.
