Nov 23,2024Schnelle und problemlose Lieferung, sehr gute Kommunikation. Bei Lieferung lag sogar ein persönlicher Gruß und Dank dabei. Ware war gut verpackt und ohne jegliche Beschädigung. Vesand per DHL Paket gewählt. Zahlung per Klarna wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit als erledigt bestätigt.

Nov 23,2024The products are great but: 1. For some reason, all prices go up slightly at check-out depending on which country you order to. 2. The delivery information provided in the Delivery & Returns section is misleading. There is only one shipping cost and one delivery period listed for each region (e.g. for Rest of Europe it says cost 4,95€ and delivery period 1-2 days). This is not accurate because there are actually 2 different shipping options, which is only clear at check-out: standard, which matches the cost provided in the Delivery information but takes MUCH longer to arrive. And DHL Express, which does only take 2 days, but is more expensive than the price listed on site. So I actually had to pay 13€ to get it delivered within 2 days, which is fine but they should give you this information accurately in the FAQ.
