Mar 04,2025Amazing experience with Pepper Money, it is so refreshing for a specialist lender to be so straight forward and helpful. The underwriter, Nicola was very quick and responsive and I could actually talk to her on the phone which is impossible with most lenders! And, Richard the BDM was very helpful and instrumental in getting a successful mortgage offer for my client. Would highly recommend to my clients and anyone else.

Feb 26,2025I wanted to take 5 mins to say how impressed I have been with the service from Luke Murphy. For a few reasons a new case looked like it was going to be declined due to policy but Luke took my case to Senior Management with a rationale about why the case should proceed. After several conversations with me and his agreement to take the case on he finally got Management agreement to proceed with the case. Had this been declined I would have had no option but to inform the clients that they could no longer purchase their own home and I would not have been able to replace elsewhere. His determination to offer a solution for my clients was amazing and at no time did he give up when I am sure many other Specialists would have. I use Pepper consistently over and above other similar lenders and Luke's attitude and professionalism is exactly why this is the case. I cannot praise his efforts highly enough and he is a huge credit to Pepper's business and I trust that I get to liaise with Luke again in the future. Many thanks again Luke...... John Bruckshaw

Feb 25,2025When I've used Pepper they have always been brilliant. Underwriting quick and slick, the underwriter called to talk through the case which really helped. The service from the help desk was good. Richard Pugh the BDM is amazing, I think that he made a massive difference to the case as he helped package the case and just to talk the through initially was important.

Feb 18,2025Amazing company, so helpful and caring, when others refused pepper came up with a perfect solution, they were so sensitive to my personal needs and I highly highly recommend them, their fees aren’t ridiculous like most of the poor credit mortgage brokers and take a very sensible approach to borrowing, whilst ensuring I didnt feel judged. I will definitely be coming back to complete my remortgage in a few years. But again thankyou pepper money especially to all of the people involved with my application you made a difficult process simpler

Feb 13,2025I had a decline AIP and could not understand this as my client fit all criteria and expenditure calc. I called and spoke with Gavin who was very patient and explained where I had gone wrong in the system. The case declined again at full app stage. I called again and Gavin helped me again. He stayed with me on the line to ensure I had entered all details correctly. App approved! Thank you Gavin for your patience & knowledge. You're a credit to Pepper!

It wasn't a straight forward case but Leon Nur at Pepper Money stayed on the phone to give me support and guidance throughout until it was submitted , he was very patient and understanding throughout and the AIP was a success. I am an experienced broker and so although complex it made a super change for a lender to understand what I was saying and where i was coming from without me having to articulate war and peace in notes. Cassie did a great job, was kind and patient aswell as great with my clients. Also my BDM Richard Pugh was also brilliant as it was a case very complex in nature and I needed a hand, Pepper money is my absolute go to for when I need them and they always help me out as a broker - fabulous service all round from start to finish x
