Oct 17,2023Placed the order based on web availability, then to be contacted and told items weren’t in stock. Alternatives were selected and a couple of items given as compensation.. On arrival the powders had been sent in a plastic bag not cardboard box. On opening, two of the packets had ripped and protein powder and EAA’s had spilt everywhere. Hope this was a one off.

Mar 13,2024Product arrived on Friday 8th March, it arrived damaged (the bottle had been opened as a capsule inside the bottle was broken). I sent an email (3 times) to which I received no response whatsoever, I have constantly tried calling via phone however Nobody picks it up & it goes straight to voice message, I've kindly asked them to provide an address for me to return the damaged goods & to have new goods sent out to me but to no avail. Very unprofessional of these people at 'Performance Supplements', cannot be bothered to even reply to an email? I won't be ordering from these people again, there are better online supplement companies around, the lack of professionalism, business ethics & customer service has left me with no option but to cancel my direct-debit, if this company wants to resolve the matter then they can now chase me as I'm sick of emailing and phoning people who think they can get away with such a shoddy service & then just ignore you, from my experiences I would not recommend this company.
