Sep 28,2021Good and reliable web site with reasonable support. Easy to use and good format online free online course with the opportunity to practice doing mock exams. Only criticisms are that one of the questions in the mock exams was marked as wrong when it was correct (they assure me this will be resolved) and during the course the audio did not match what was on the slide.

Sep 27,2021It’s way much convenient to test this way, online at home, anytime you want. Only tricky part is you need to find a right environment to set camera in quiet and clean place to show everything is clear. As long as you find the space in your home, it’s great way to get test quickly and safely (specially in current Covid environment). The test materials are correct and sufficient to cover. I highly recommend it.

From signing up to take the online exam, to phone calls to ask questions and check on progress, all the staff have been really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue at the beginning of my process however one quick phone call and everything was sorted out for me straight away. The staff have been very polite and have been really nice to speak with.

Sep 16,2021Great to have the possibility of teating online. The exam itself was setup with fantastic live tech support (I had a few problems on my end and they helped to find solutions to each as they arose). Worked just fine throughout. The 1hr timer starts before logging in, so some is wasted on copying codes in. Several questions were also not covered at all in the course material, and were only answerable from prior knowledge. Hopefully certificate delivery will not take a whole 10 days as warned. Overall very clear and efficient.
