I was hesitant to sign up and very nervous meeting my first match but team's support before and after the meet up session was great and given me a lot of comfort. Hats off to Naseem finding and making a match to what suits me. I am now confident that I will find a good caring husband through PMUK. I have learned alot about myself and continue to grow as person while searching for my potential Partner. I think it's really useful working with Naseem as she is "outside your circle' and gives excellent advice and support through our coaching sessions. The service feels very personal and i feel Naseem and her team are genuinely working their socks off to find my potential Partner. I genuinely enjoy working with Naseem and her team and in truth, Naseem knows more about me now as a person than most of my friends. Aug 18,2022I joined Personal Match service on January 2022. I have to say I have received an excellent service from the team so far. The team are friendly and approachable and when I have any concerns they would listen and take it on board. I have received regular coaching sessions with Naseem to improve my confidence and conversations with potential matches. After 6 months of receiving 1 to 1 coaching sessions, I have felt a dramatic mindset shift on marriage and life in general.

Aug 15,2022Firstly, I want to make it clear that I am NOT writing this to bring a business down. It is simply a reflection of MY experience with this service to help other women make an informed choice before spending their hard-earned money. I used this service in hopes of finding a mature partner and move on from my divorce, in the most Islamic manner as possible. The process described to me was the following: 4-5 sessions would be spent to get to know me to then go on and allow Naseem and her team to match me with suitable men. I would then be sold a suitable package according to how many people show interest in me. Those sessions were a little different; they seem to be "coaching" sessions, where one would read off of slides. In between the sessions you're asked to answer a set of questions that would make up your profile, eventually. Once I got to the end of the sessions, I was asked to go through these questions again to ensure my responses still stand, and create a profile. During this particular session, I was asked a series of additional questions. Although I was assured the responses wouldn't be shared with potential matches, I did deem a lot of them as slightly inappropriate. Now I know this is a service for mostly professional people, seeking like-minded partners. However, it is a service being marketed as being akin to Islamic principles. Amongst many questions, I was asked my salary, which I feel is not necessary for a woman to give when entering an ISLAMIC marriage. It is down to the man to provide for his wife and if anyone tells you any different, please defer them to our teachings. This is regardless of her earning either the same amount as her husband, more or less. Although the specific amount may not be shared with a match, the company made it clear to me at that point that they would only match people in the same salary band. Therefore, my match will know before we even talk. Now the only conclusion I can draw from this is the men for whom this service caters for, are earning higher than the average Joe and would prefer to have a wife who won't dip in to that i.e. pay her own way. I'm not greedy and take great pride in being independent, but I do believe Islam decrees the above ruling for a reason and salary should not be the basis for choosing a wife. Once this stage was completed, I queried the various packages and their cost. I was told it was all bespoke and a price can only be given when my responses were evaluated and matches are found. I didn't understand this approach but I agreed to it to keep an open mind. I was weary however, that after reading some reviews, some had claimed that they were being charged differently to others for the same "package". I was then texted a few days later to be told that based on the information given, I wasn't able to proceed with the service. Now, I hope to God that this wasn't because I am a divorced woman. I am giving the service the benefit of doubt. I did request a refund but also asked why this was the case. I was given a refund, which I condone the company for however, I wasn't given any reasons as to why my application was effectively unsuccessful. I did find the general conduct of this service to be slightly unprofessional i.e. constant lateness and disorganisation with sending meeting links. I was questioned on my preferences including some quite delicate ones. Overall, from my experience I gathered that the service is aimed at specific type of women and definitely caters more to men. My advice to women out there - if anything feels a bit off or inappropriate, please don't hesitate to question the team you're dealing with. This is a service you are paying for and you have every right to feel comfortable. And ladies please remember, never give up hope as Allah is always with you. If your approach feels right for you, then stick with it and seeks Allah's guidance above all. If you don't feel comfortable answering certain types of questions, there is a reason for your discomfort. Listen to that voice inside you. Advice to Personal Match UK: All businesses have flaws and not all business models are suitable for everyone. And that's perfectly ok. But do be more transparent with what you're actually offering and who it's for. I do believe all variations of pricing should be shared upfront. All the best

The coaching sessions by Naseem re-enforced my previous knowledge as well as providing me an opportunity to ask questions and learn more on creating rapport, effective communication, building a relationship etc. I treat the sessions as ongoing self development. Whatever the outcome (which is not by any means in our full control), I am confident that the team work very hard in matching people and are passionate about their work. The service is lead by a very dedicated person who has years of experience in matching people and she is someone that has a great vision for helping those looking to get married.

Aug 13,2022I have been using personal match UK for the past few months, all I can say is Nassem and her team are the most kind, lovely and dedicated people I've come across. They have all the time in the world for you. Searching for a match can be quite a daunting and stressful time and can lead to mainly dead-ends but they invest so much time in finding you compatible matches and they are available 24/7 to help you I.e. coaching is also available. I would highly recommend this service as it has improved my confidence in finding an ideal partner InshaAllah

Jun 02,2022I joined PM In September 2021, in hopes of settling down and finding my soul mate. It started off with an initial consultation with Baji Naseem, followed by sessions on setting expectations and what to really look for in a spouse. The sessions were good and got me thinking in different ways about what I’m really looking for in my future spouse. PMUK is a genuine solution for all those who don’t know where to start when it comes to finding a spouse. You sense the team at PMUK is busy but they will always find the time to provide you with advice and support on a professional and personal level. They were with me through every step of my journey, giving me the confidence and the assurance to know that I was doing the right thing and not rushing or going too slowly. Throughout the journey I’ve had some good and bad matches ( which I completely expected) but ultimately it has led up to me meeting someone that I genuinely click with and have a great time being around. I have recommended PMUK to my own family members and friends, as the whole finding a spouse process is complicated enough……. it’s nice to have someone on your side that allows you to have initial meetings in a safe environment. I really was ready to do everything the Halal way and was worried about going through the process on my on and falling into unhealthy attachments or crossing Allah’s boundaries. The coaching sessions have helped me understand where my social interactions might be lacking and improved on them. The matching process is straight forward and explained and my preference was taken into account. The team themselves have also been very responsive to messages I have sent and they communicate quite well as a team so if I make a request of one of them, the rest of the team will also know about it. Lubna and Nadia have been very attentive and have responded to my requests with dilligence and always tried to do the best for me and Naseem has given me advice for life rather than just upcoming meetings. At the time of this writing, I have had countless virtual meetings (dates) and in the near future a couple of face-to-face. I hope to work with this team long into the future as they continue to support me and give me the advice I need, even after marriage.

Baji Naseem in particular has been proactive in obtaining my preferences and preparing me through structured coaching sessions to find my ideal life partner. I have found that most matches have been suitable to explore further. Naturally there will be one or two that are not suitable but this is where Baji Naseem (and colleagues) learn about you and see who would be most compatible for you. I have found that she listens attentively and responds to my queries well. Baji's feedback has been detailed, balanced and constructive.
