Sep 01,2020Personal Trainer Food takes the thinking out of it for me. I've struggled my whole life with my weight and I was never able to stick to "dieting." Personal Trainer Food isn't dieting, it's a way of life. They have a good selection of food to pick from, so I don't have to eat what I don't like; I'm able to chose the things I prefer. It's actually simple logic, which makes it easy for me, and like I said, I don't have to do a lot of thinking. So far I'm down 10 pounds and have 15 more to go.

Sep 01,2020i love the food .. down 11lbs in 2 weeks so its going great . It would be helpful to provide more specifics on the 'allowed' snacks and their portions though. Overall a great start to changing your life !

Sep 01,2020Estimated time of food delivery was confirmed for a Thursday but food did not arrive u til the next day and all the dry ice was gone. Food was partially frozen still has to toss a few items that were defrosted

Aug 31,2020Continues to be an ‘okay enough’ cheaper ready to eat food option compared to many other food service companies out there. But my personal complaint remains: portions are tiny, options limited (in the vegetables area), veggie options taste very bland. I have stopped doing the cheaper option of forcibly selecting vegetable and meat vs. ‘anything off the menu’ (a far more expensive option) because I just couldn’t take anymore of the boring bland veggie packs! Otherwise service is excellent, always delivered on time. One time option is good for me.

Aug 31,2020The plan is great and the food is fantastic! I just ordered my second 28 day shipment. I lost 13 lbs and I’m down one size. I tried a big name meal plan diet several years ago and the food was inedible.

Aug 26,2020I love the food. It is very tasty and easy to prepare. It is pretty pricey and I probably would not but it without the discounts offered. You do need to work on your shipping with Fed ex. I kave lad two shipments that had to be dumped because they took 5 days to get here in extreme heat. Even In three days the dry ice was gone

Aug 26,2020I've been a long time member and the food is delicious and nutritious. Perfect for meals that are flavorfull and filling. I've had a problem with delivery where Fedex let the box sit in extremely hot weather for 3 days longer than expected. Called Customer Service and they immediately replaced the food even before the old order arrived. They went on Fedex site, saw that it had not yet been delivered and immediately refilled the order, no questions asked. Left standing order to triple the Dry Ice quantity and since them the food has always arrived frozen as expected. I can't say enough about the taste, convenience, variety of products.

Aug 26,2020I like the food, except the squashes and most of the chicken entrees. In the heat of summer you need to make it 2 day air and double the dry ice and not all of it on top of the food the weight breaks a lot of them open. You need to rethink your boxes and insulation.

Aug 20,2020Food was delivered 1 day late. Everything was pretty much non frozen. Even if this is an issue with delivery company, there should’ve been backup built in such as more ice pack or ensuring it’s in a refrigerated truck.

Aug 19,2020This is not my first order with Personal Trainer Food, but it’s been a couple years since I’ve ordered. As it always was before, the foods are fabulous and convenient! Love that a healthy protein is always just 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes away! I started ordering upon beginning a new diet regimen, then I began to order just proteins for me and the kids when my Service Member deployed. In addition to saving me time, ordering PTF actually SAVES me money, too because there are no left-overs to have to try to reuse/save or freeze .... Or worse: let go to waste. PTF: Super convenient and healthy. And yummy, too, of course!! Love PTF!

Aug 19,2020BE SURE AND READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS. So, my box gets here a couple of days late. Then when I open it, everything was thawed. It stunk so bad I cannot tell you. It looked awful and there's no way I would ever order it again. So, I called and told them what happened and that I just wanted a refund and go on my merry way. But NO! They would either send me another box (never would try it again) or I could send them back the thawed, stinky food in their box at MY EXPENSE! She was nice but that's the only thing they would do. If I did that, which I did for $50 which was the cheapest, they would give my refund back. SO, IT COSTS YA $50 TO RISK BUYING THIS FOOD! If they had done what was right, I would right now be telling you a much better story of how they took care of me, even though I did not want their food anymore. Good luck people!
