Apr 17,2020Personal trainer food has been the best option for me to eat healthier and lose weight. The meals are easy to prepare and the main dishes are delicious. However, I’ve never really enjoyed vegetables, and that hasn’t changed. Even though I am bias, I do think some improvements can occur on the vegetable side. I’ve also noticed since I subscribe to their service, I don’t always get what I picked on their website. Overall I give personal trainer food 4 out of 5 stars.

The protein is so deliciously seasoned, and we love the new offerings of sous vide chicken, gyros, the ribs!!—-and the two fish offerings. Apr 14,2020The food is fine but somehow I don't get what I request. It seems like they just send whatever and disregard the selections you've made. I've been a customer for a while and I thought maybe I forgot what my selections were on previous orders. However, with this last order I know which items I definitely did not select, yet they showed up in my box. Disappointing.
