Dec 16,2019Personal Trainer Food is an excellent food to your door service. The weight loss part of the service is quite good, the food is excellent and very easy to prepare. The value for their service is incredible so I strongly recommend PTF for your weight loss / food prep needs.

Dec 16,2019Food tastes pretty good however if you check the ingredients, it is not exactly healthy. Overall PTF is very convenient but price has more than doubled in past couple of years even with their regular 50% off deals. Price vs. quality does not make sense. Also packaging is not eco friendly.

Dec 03,2019Terrible first presentation of food. A huge box with frozen ugly food not sorted nor explained. No rhyme or reason just frozen slabs together. Not appetizing nor appealing at all! Chewy.Com has a better box for the dogs! May be giving it away to the food bank.

Dec 24,2019This is a good approach if you want to restrict carbs and have portions controlled. The breakfasts in particular are a good deal and great to pop in microwave for quick and tasty eal.
