I like the range of online products offered. However, the lack of a member loyalty rewards and discount scheme, and the long order delivery timelines, make me shop around to other more competitive suppliers to secure better loyalty and delivery experiences.

Peter's service is exemplary. We bought a Dualit toaster. The buying process was very smooth. A truthful description on their website with a genuine discount. We were offered a variety of ways to pay. Once that choice was made, Peter's kept us informed of the status of our order at every stage of the process, including day of delivery. The toaster was ordered on Tuesday and arrived on Friday, with the standard (not the express) fee for postage charged. And we're in Tasmania, where we normally wait well over a week for anything coming from Sydney. The parcel was well packed and the toaster was received in perfect condition. We did have a follow up question about a kettle which was dealt with in a similar excellent manner. I can't speak highly enough about Peter's of Kensington. First class service!
