Apr 12,2025I ordered some Ecology tableware - 4 pieces. On the first delivery one piece was broken and another sub-quality (had marks on the glaze). Both pieces were courteously replaced in-store to be delivered from wherever - not Kensington, the warehouse. On the second delivery the platter was again broken and the replaced noodle bowl still discolored. Ecology problem I think more than P of K, but very disappointing nevertheless. I have accepted a refund on the platter and just accepted the sub-standard noodle bowl. Too much trouble. Still love P of K but Ecology, no.
