I purchased a pink fluffy bed for my new rescuedog, who is an 11yr old virtually blind Chinese crested powder puff She loves nothing more than snuggling down in it. It is high quality

My cat is 15 years old and has arthritis. She absolutely loves this bed, whether to lay herself right out or tuck herself up. This is her third bed of the same type from Pets Love Scruffs and I have found them all to be washable and good quality.

Very pleased with my purchase of a new inner lining and outer cover for the Hilton dog bed. Easy to order and delivery was very quick and well packed. Will certainly order through Scruffs again and would highly recommend their products to anyone looking.

Very easy website to use, from making choice to payment. From experience I know that the quality of the beds and covers is excellent and the value for money is good. My orders always arrive either on time or ahead of time, well packed and exactly as described. I buy for my own dog and also buy to donate to a German Shepherd rescue, and as you can imagine the beds need to be tough to stand up to GSD treatment - and they do. My dog is 11 and really love the orthopaedic bed, the rescue dogs love the beds too.

Very reasonable price for a waterproof liner for my dogs memory foam bed. I rang up with a query and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Had the bed for years outside cover is wearing very well wash after wash.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced . I have emailed scruffs saying so . UPDATE A very nice man called me from Scruffs and apologized and offered to send out a care package . This is very much appreciated. Nice to know they do care about their customers Thank you Scruffs
